MESSAGE FROM THE HEADMISTRESS

Dear Students, Parents, Alumni/ae, Ex-Teachers, Benefactors and Well Wishers
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our school website.
We, at PSCHS believe as John Dewey, the American education reformer says, ‘Education is not a preparation for life, education is life itself.’ Inspired from this, our motto `Excellence in Education’ is a resounding echo to this very purpose and to which every member of my staff is deeply devoted.
Proverbs 2:6, is the fuel behind the diligent dedicated service of my creative staff. “It is the Lord who gives wisdom, from Him come knowledge and understanding”. In today’s world, education is the most important and powerful acquisition for those who want to have a fulfilling and successful future. Here at Perpetual Succour Convent High School, we not only provide good education and knowledge but also a sound value system steeped in ideals and spiritual thinking.
My teachers are well qualified professionals, fervent to create a holistic learning environment which caters for each child’s academic, physical, social and emotional development within the curtails of curriculum yet with the ability to cross over the red tapism in formal education to help each child foster their own creativity. Real-life application of knowledge and skills has been the hallmark of our teaching methods
We pride ourselves in being completely secular in character. Students belonging to every social class, community and linguistic group are trained to become men and women of competence, commitment, compassion and conscience.
Late Fr. Faustino DeSouza, our founder, believed that every child if nourished holistically, in time to come will do much... I believe that every Perpetualite is an all-rounder and holds the prospect of being a star shining forever!
